Washington-based senior executive Martin Price currently serves as president of The Annalex Group, which guides companies in developing creative solutions to navigate distressing situations. In his previous role as the general counsel and chief operating officer at Alteon Health, he spearheaded the integration and transformation of ten diverse health care delivery businesses into a centralized platform and put in place a growth strategy. Martin Price maintains membership with numerous professional organizations including the American Health Law Association.
The American Health Law Association (AHLA) is dedicated to maintaining excellence in health law by providing a forum for members to interact, exchange information, and offer the best services to their clients. Drawing members from diverse practice areas, AHLA recently announced S. Craig Holden as the association’s new president. An alumni of George Washington University Law School, Mr. Holden formerly served as a trial attorney with the Inspector General Division, Office of the General Counsel, Department of Health and Human Services. He specializes in serving clients across diverse areas of the health care sector.
In his new position, Mr. Holden will guide the association through a challenging season as America battles the COVID-19 pandemic and racial injustice issues. In addition, he expects to deal with inequalities facing the health care sector. During his tenure as president, he hopes to strengthen AHLA’s participation in dialogue on various social issues, promote equality within the health law profession, and strive to deal with present challenges and uncertainties.
